We are looking for an experienced and passionate Captain Waiter to join our authentic Iranian restaurant. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, excellent knowledge of Persian hospitality, and is committed to providing exceptional guest service while ensuring smooth restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with warm Persian hospitality and ensure an exceptional dining experience.
- Lead and supervise the waitstaff during service.
- Assign tables and coordinate the floor to ensure efficient operations.
- Present the menu, explain traditional Iranian dishes, and make recommendations.
- Ensure all food and beverages are served accurately and on time.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen to maintain smooth service.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special occasions professionally.
- Train and mentor junior waiters on service standards and menu knowledge.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and table presentation.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Captain Waiter, Head Waiter, or Senior Waiter.
- Experience in an Iranian, Persian, or Middle Eastern restaurant is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of Persian cuisine, including kebabs, stews, rice dishes, and traditional beverages.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-groomed, professional, and positive attitude.
- English is required. Persian (Farsi) is a strong advantage. Arabic is a plus.
