Raven Consultancy, a sister company of Gotalk General Trading LLC, is looking for target-driven and experienced B2B Sales Executives to join our growing team in Dubai.
Position: B2B Sales Executive – HR Solutions
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new B2B business opportunities for HR, recruitment, staffing, and manpower solutions.
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients.
- Conduct cold calls, client meetings, and business visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR managers and business decision-makers.
- Understand client manpower requirements and propose suitable HR solutions.
- Prepare quotations and proposals and follow up with prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of UAE experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Experience in HR consultancy, recruitment, staffing, or manpower solutions is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE B2B market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into business.
- Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
