Job Summary:
The Helper cum Salesman is responsible for delivering 5-gallon bottled drinking water to residential and commercial customers, assisting with loading and unloading, maintaining excellent customer service, and promoting company products to increase sales. The role requires physical fitness, honesty, and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver 5-gallon drinking water bottles safely and on time to customers.
- Load, unload, and handle water bottles with proper care to prevent damage.
- Assist the driver in planning and completing daily delivery routes efficiently.
- Collect payments and issue receipts where required.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer information.
- Promote and sell water products and related items to existing and potential customers.
- Identify new sales opportunities and refer potential customers to the sales team.
- Replace empty bottles and ensure proper handling of returnable containers.
- Maintain cleanliness of the delivery vehicle and work area.
- Follow company policies and all health and safety procedures.
- Report customer complaints, delivery issues, or vehicle problems to the supervisor.
- Provide courteous and professional service to maintain customer satisfaction.

Pay: AED1,200.00 – AED1,500.00 per month
