We are expanding our team and seeking experienced real estate agents with a proven background in Dubai’s real estate market. You will play a key role in promoting and selling an exclusive project by collaborating with external brokers to maximize sales potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a strong broker network to promote and sell the company’s exclusive project.
  • Conduct engaging briefings and presentations to external brokers, showcasing the unique selling points and investment potential.
  • Negotiate sales agreements in line with the interests of developers, brokers, and clients.
  • Stay up to date with Dubai’s real estate market trends, legal regulations, and property management principles.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and independently drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in conducting high-level presentations and fostering broker collaboration.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to identify, onboard, and manage high-performing broker partners.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to drive sales.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value sales.
