Job Description:
– Support the Store Manager in achieving store sales targets and KPIs. Lead sales activities during the Store Manager's absence.
– Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling luxury jewellery collections.
– Deliver personalized service to clients and maintain luxury brand standards. Build relationships with repeat and VIP customers.
– Maintain luxury visual merchandising standards. Support scheduling, attendance monitoring, and leave management.
