The Architectural Engineer will manage the operations of the wood factory, ensuring a seamless integration of technical expertise in design and management capabilities. Responsibilities include overseeing production processes, ensuring quality standards, and compliance with technical specifications for furniture, cabinetry, doors, and decorations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Production Management: Oversee all production activities, monitor design plans, and ensure workflow efficiency at all stages of carpentry, cabinetry, and finishing.
- Design and Specifications: Review engineering drawings, utilize design software for executing furniture and cabinetry, and coordinate closely with contractors and workers.
- Quality Control: Ensure that wooden products meet the highest quality standards and comply with required technical specifications.
- Resource Management: Allocate tasks among work teams, evaluate performance, and supervise training and development of carpenters and technicians.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to upper management regarding achievement rates, production performance, and waste reduction initiatives.
