We’re Hiring: Senior Manager – Advisory Services
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager – Advisory Services to lead and grow our advisory business across community management, mixed-use developments, and lifestyle-driven destinations in the GCC region.
This role will play a key part in positioning the organization as a market-leading advisor by delivering strategic, operational, and commercial advisory solutions for high-profile developments and destination projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance advisory service frameworks, methodologies, and delivery models.
- Lead advisory engagements across:
- Community Management Operating Models
- Activation & Placemaking Strategies
- Service Design & Customer Experience
- Asset Positioning & Lifecycle Integration
- Support business development activities, proposal preparation, and client presentations.
- Build strong relationships with developers, government entities, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research, benchmarking, and trend analysis across real estate, hospitality, and community living sectors.
- Collaborate closely with Community Management, Leasing, and Asset Management teams to ensure practical implementation of advisory recommendations.
- Support the development of the advisory team, tools, and knowledge frameworks.
