Architectural Engineer (Site and Technical Office)
Responsibilities:
1- Supervision of the execution of architectural works and finishing, ensuring compliance with the approved drawings and Saudi building code.
2- Review and verify shop drawings, modify them, and resolve any architectural or construction conflicts on site. Quantify finishing materials, prepare submittals, and select samples in coordination with the consultant for approval.
Requirements and Conditions:
1- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
2- Experience: No less than 8 years in construction and real estate development projects (basic requirement).
3- Local Experience: Previous work experience within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with complete knowledge of safety regulations and the Saudi building code.
4- Professional Accreditation: Active membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers (basic requirement for classification).
5- Legal Status: Transferable Iqama.
6- Engineering Software: Full and professional proficiency in the following software:
1- AutoCAD
(for shop drawings and architectural details).
2- Autodesk Revit / BIM
(for building information modeling and coordination).
3- 3ds Max / SketchUp / Lumion
(for producing visualizations and renderings).
