Air Freight Export Coordinator Jobs in Dubai at Orient Freight Solutions
We are looking for a motivated Air Freight Export Coordinator to join our growing operations team.
The ideal candidate should be fluent in Arabic and English and have experience in air freight export operations. Candidates with a little UAE experience are welcome to apply if they are eager to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Air Freight Export shipments from booking to departure.
- Prepare and review export shipping documents (HAWB, MAWB, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, etc.).
- Coordinate with airlines, agents, customers, and transport providers.
- Ensure timely customs clearance and shipment processing.
- Update customers on shipment status.
- Maintain accurate shipment records in the company system.
- Ensure compliance with airline and UAE export regulations.
Requirements
- Arabic and English speaking is mandatory.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Air Freight Export is preferred.
- Fresh candidates with relevant logistics knowledge may also apply.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
