Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Asset Executive to support the management, tracking, and documentation of company assets. The role involves maintaining accurate asset records, processing high volumes of documentation, ensuring proper filing and indexing, and assisting with asset verification. The ideal candidate should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of company assets and related documentation.
- Process, scan, and index asset-related documents.
- Track asset allocation, movement, and updates.
- Perform regular asset verification and reconciliation.
- Ensure all asset records are updated accurately in the system.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding asset issuance and returns.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation in accordance with company policies.
- Generate reports and support asset audits as required.
- Ensure compliance with company asset management procedures.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to handle high-volume document processing.
- Familiarity with scanning and document indexing tools is preferred.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Must possess a valid Emirates ID or Passport.
- Must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the current UAE sponsor.
