We are looking for an experienced Aftersales Key Account Manager to join our Corporate Fleet team in Dubai. This role is responsible for managing strategic fleet accounts across government, taxi, limousine, rental, leasing, and corporate sectors, ensuring exceptional aftersales support for BYD’s EV, PHEV, and REEV vehicle portfolio. The successful candidate will drive customer retention, enhance service contract penetration, minimise vehicle downtime, and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
What you will do:
- Act as the primary aftersales point of contact for key fleet customers across the UAE.
- Monitor service delivery performance and support service centres in resolving complex fleet customer issues.
- Coordinate breakdown, repair, recall, and vehicle-off-road (VOR) cases to ensure rapid return-to-service.
- Liaise between fleet customers and bodyshop teams to ensure seamless accident repair support.
- Promote service contracts, service packages, and aftersales solutions to increase customer retention and revenue.
- Coordinate EV, PHEV, and REEV training programmes for customer representatives, technicians, and operational teams.
- Build proactive relationships with fleet stakeholders, identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Support the B2B Aftersales Manager in developing tailored maintenance solutions for major fleet operators.
