HIRING – TRANSMISSION L2 ENGINEER

Mind Stream is looking for an experienced Transmission L2 Engineer to join our team. If you have strong expertise in telecom transmission networks and advanced fault troubleshooting, we’d like to hear from you!
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electronics & Communication, Telecommunications, Electrical, Computer Science, or IT with Telecom exposure.
Strong knowledge of SDH, DWDM, OTN, Microwave, and Fiber Transport Networks.
Experience with EMS/NMS tools, alarm analysis, and remote diagnostics.
Expertise in fault isolation, incident restoration, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Good understanding of Ethernet Backhaul, MPLS Transport, and network topology concepts.
Experience supporting link migrations, software upgrades, and major incident resolution.
