MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage and supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
· Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets
· Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and local regulations
· Conduct financial analysis to support management decision-making
· Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and accounts to ensure accuracy
· Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations
· Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial transactions to optimize financial performance
· Mentor junior accounting staff and support their professional development
· Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and financial accuracy
