Inventory Controller (Male only ) Jobs in Dubai at Habib Bakery and Supermarket
Job Purpose:
Ensure accurate stock control across all bakery items, raw materials, packaging, and finished goods by monitoring inventory movements, conducting regular audits, and maintaining precise records to support smooth production and branch operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily stock levels of raw materials, ingredients, packaging items, and finished bakery products across all branches.
- Record all incoming and outgoing inventory transactions in the system with 100% accuracy.
- Conduct routine physical stock counts (daily/weekly/monthly) and reconcile variances with system records.
- Coordinate with purchasing and suppliers to verify delivery quantities, quality, and documentation.
- Track expiry dates, product rotation, and wastage; ensure proper FIFO implementation.
- Prepare daily inventory reports for management, highlighting shortages, overstock, and fast‑moving items.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials according to food safety standards.
- Investigate stock discrepancies and report findings with corrective actions.
- Support production planning by providing updated stock availability and consumption forecasts.
- Monitor branch transfers, returns, and adjustments to maintain accurate stock movement records.
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant storage areas in line with HACCP and bakery hygiene standards.
- Assist in annual audits and support compliance with internal and external inventory controls.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory control, preferably in bakery, FMCG, or food production.
- Strong knowledge of stock management systems and MS Excel.
- Understanding of food safety, storage standards, and FIFO principles.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stock points.
Pay: AED1,900.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
