We are seeking a qualified Accountant with office administration skills. The ideal candidate should be experienced in using TALLY and must have a minimum of 2 years of work experience in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proficient in TALLY accounting software (mandatory).
- Monitor day-to-day financial operations, including payroll, invoicing, and other financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports.
- Generate financial reports related to budgets, accounts payable/receivable, and company expenses.
- Verify all transactions and entries, including payment certificates, invoices, salaries, VAT returns, and expenses.
- Assist in budget planning and implement effective cost control measures.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial data and transactions.
- Follow up on client receivables and overdue payments.
- Perform office administration tasks as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in an electromechanical company is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
