Accountant Jobs in Ajman at AL MUSHEER ELECTROMECHANICAL WORKS LLC

We are seeking a qualified Accountant with office administration skills. The ideal candidate should be experienced in using TALLY and must have a minimum of 2 years of work experience in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in TALLY accounting software (mandatory).
  • Monitor day-to-day financial operations, including payroll, invoicing, and other financial transactions.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports.
  • Generate financial reports related to budgets, accounts payable/receivable, and company expenses.
  • Verify all transactions and entries, including payment certificates, invoices, salaries, VAT returns, and expenses.
  • Assist in budget planning and implement effective cost control measures.
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial data and transactions.
  • Follow up on client receivables and overdue payments.
  • Perform office administration tasks as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an electromechanical company is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
