Projects Manager Jobs in Dubai at Index Emirates Building Contracting LLC
Key Responsibilities:
Authority Approvals & Compliance:
1.Prepare and submit structural repair and modification packages through the Dubai Municipality portal.
2.Clear municipal comments, resolve design or site discrepancies, and secure final building permits and completion certificates.
3.Consultant & Stakeholder Coordination:Follow up daily with engineering consultants for shop drawing sign-offs, material clearances, and method statement approvals.
4.Schedule joint site inspections with consultants and DM officials to verify work progress.
Concrete Strengthening & Site Execution:
Supervise specialist structural retrofitting tasks like carbon fiber (CFRP) wrapping, micro-concrete jacketing, and epoxy injection.Monitor quality control tests, core sampling results, and surface preparation standards.
Core Requirements Education & Licensing:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with active Society of Engineers (SOE) membership and preferred DM approval license.Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of UAE building codes, concrete repair methodologies, and AutoCAD proficiency.
Experience: 3 to 7 years of UAE
Dubai Municipality license is a plus along with Dubai Driving License
