G-TEC Education Institute Sharjah is seeking a dynamic and experienced Academic Counselor to join our Sharjah branch. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for education, and experience in student counseling and admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding courses and career pathways.
- Handle admissions inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Maintain student records and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams.
- Support marketing and promotional activities when required.
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in academic counseling, admissions, or educational sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet admission targets and maintain professional relationships.
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
Must hold a valid UAE residence visa (own visa/spouse visa/family sponsorship preferred).
Candidates currently residing in the UAE are preferred.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
