Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced AC Engineer (HVAC Engineer) to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of HVAC systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and experience with UAE standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and review HVAC systems, including chilled water, VRF, split, package, and ducted systems.
- Prepare HVAC layouts, equipment selection, load calculations, and technical documentation.
- Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration-related faults.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure system efficiency.
- Ensure all work complies with UAE regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, technical reports, and maintenance records.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Optimize HVAC performance to improve energy efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Support procurement by reviewing technical submittals and material approvals.
- Ensure adherence to company quality, health, safety, and environmental policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 + years of HVAC engineering experience, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration, ventilation, chilled water systems, AHUs, FCUs, VRF, DX systems, and ducting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Revit MEP or HVAC design software is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ASHRAE standards, UAE building codes, and local authority requirements.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.

Pay: AED8,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month
