Operations

• Operate assigned vehicles safely and efficiently to transport employees, clients, documents, and goods across organizational sites.
• Plan routes effectively using GPS, maps, or navigation tools to ensure timely arrivals and deliveries.
• Respond promptly to urgent or emergency transportation requests as required.
• Ensure secure, confidential, and accurate delivery of correspondences, goods, and materials.
• Adhere to organizational policies, traffic regulations, and safety standards to ensure compliance and professional representation.
• Maintain professional communication and conduct with internal and external stakeholders to reflect organizational standards.

Product / Process Improvement

• Conduct pre- and post-use inspections of vehicles, including fuel, oil, water, tires, and other essential systems, and report any defects.
• Maintain vehicles in clean, roadworthy condition and arrange for timely servicing or maintenance.
• Provide feedback on route efficiency, vehicle utilization, and operational processes to enhance service reliability.
• Follow safe driving practices and support continuous improvement in transportation and logistical operations.

Physical Working Conditions

• Field-based role requiring extended driving periods across organizational sites, including varying traffic and weather conditions.
• Assist with loading or unloading documents, goods, or materials as required while adhering to safety protocols.

Job Qualifications & Requirements

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience: 2+ years in professional driving, logistics, or multi-site transport
