BIM Coordinator – MEP Jobs in Dubai at FGC Contracting LLC
Falcon Group of Companies is looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator – MEP (Mechanical) with a strong mechanical engineering background to manage and coordinate mechanical BIM models. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in MEP coordination, clash detection, and BIM model development for building services projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, coordinate, and manage mechanical BIM models using Revit MEP.
- Coordinate mechanical services with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines.
- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks.
- Review mechanical drawings, models, and technical specifications.
- Ensure BIM models comply with project requirements and LOD standards.
- Prepare BIM coordination reports and support project execution teams.
- Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and project stakeholders for smooth coordination.
- Maintain BIM documentation and model updates throughout project stages.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as BIM Coordinator/BIM Modeler – MEP (Mechanical).
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting coordination.
- Proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Experience with clash detection and BIM coordination workflows.
- Knowledge of LOD 300/400 standards is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Pay: AED4,297.55 – AED12,954.63 per month
