Job Description

Position Overview:

A seasoned Handyman/Property Technician specializing in residential maintenance. Offering diverse services like plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and repairs. With meticulous attention to detail, ensuring properties are always in top shape. Dedicated to professionalism, safety, and customer satisfaction, striving to exceed expectations and guarantee functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing spaces for
propertyowners.

Roles & Responsibilities

Provides support across a range of activities including cleaning, organization, and equipment relocation.
Installs, troubleshoots, and maintains electrical and plumbing systems.
Conducts repairs and replacements of worn or malfunctioning components.
Assembles and installs furniture, fixtures, and equipment as needed.
Executes painting and wall/ceiling patching tasks with precision.
Oversees maintenance and repair duties.
Addresses general maintenance issues such as faucet leaks and appliance repairs.
Assists team members in accomplishing their assignments and projects.
Upholds cleanliness and organization standards in all work areas.
Adheres rigorously to safety protocols and guidelines throughout tasks.
