We are looking for an experienced Zone / Quality Control Supervisor to oversee quality control activities and operational standards within designated zones. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures, particularly in relation to Baggage Tub Circulating Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily zone and quality control activities.
- Oversee Baggage Tub Circulating Services and ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, statutory requirements, and Health & Safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and identify operational or safety issues.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve quality and operational concerns.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve operational and quality objectives.
- Promote a proactive safety and quality culture within the assigned zone.
- Perform duties effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced operational environment.
Requirements
- Diploma in Facilities Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar supervisory/quality control position.
- Good working knowledge of Baggage Tub Circulating Services and related operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of relevant statutory requirements and Health & Safety regulations.
- Proactive, energetic, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
