Leasing Agent – DubaiJoin Our Growing Real Estate Team!
We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and results-driven Leasing Agent to join our expanding team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new property listings through networking, cold calling, and market prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional consultation to prospective tenants.
- Promote available properties through company platforms and approved marketing channels.
- Negotiate rental terms and successfully close leasing transactions.
- Prepare and process tenancy agreements and all required government documentation (Ejari, Form A/B where applicable, and other leasing-related procedures).
- Follow up with leads provided by the company and convert them into successful deals.
- Utilize the company’s CRM system to maintain accurate client records and update property information.
- Achieve monthly leasing targets and contribute to the team’s overall performance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1–2 years of leasing experience in the Dubai real estate market.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, rental regulations, and leasing procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Proven ability to generate listings and build long-term client relationships.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- UAE Driving License and own car are highly preferred.
