Job Description:

Job Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in management roles related to monitoring, performance evaluation, or technology implementation.
Proven track recordof successfully managing small to medium-sized teams and projects, showcasing the ability to achieve measurable outcomes.
Stronganalytical skillswith experience in data interpretation, ensuring the application ofdata-driven decision-making.
Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to various stakeholders.
Familiarity withmoderntechnologies used in monitoring systems, as well as industry best practices inproject management.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships acrossdiverseteams and departments.
Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance related to monitoring mechanisms and technological applications.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Job Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of monitoring projects within the assigned zone, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and deploymoderntechnologies that enhance monitoring mechanisms and operational efficiency.
Monitor project progress and performance, utilizing data-driven metrics to assess effectiveness and implement continuous improvements.
Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and insights, facilitating adaptation and refinement of monitoring processes and technologies.
Prepare and present regular reports on project status, challenges, and successes tosenior managementand relevant stakeholders.
Train team members on best practices related to monitoring, compliance, and technology utilization to promote knowledge sharing andskill development.
Conduct regular audits of monitoring systems to ensure compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for monitoring protocols, procedures, and performance assessments.
