Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant to lead and support end-to-end implementation of key HCM modules. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise and hands-on experience in delivering Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules:
- Core HR (HR Foundation, Workforce Structures, Person Management, Absence, Payroll Integration)
- Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) – Requisitions, Job Posting, Candidate & Offer Management
- Talent Management – Performance, Goals, Succession Planning, Career Development, Learning
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
- Configure HCM modules including workflows, approvals, and security roles
- Support integrations with external systems (Payroll, Finance, etc.) using HCM Extracts, FBDI, and OIC
- Prepare and execute test scenarios, support UAT, and validate business processes
- Handle data migration, validation, and reconciliation
- Develop functional documentation (BR100, configuration documents, training materials)
- Provide end-user training and functional support to HR teams
- Support go-live activities and post-production enhancements
