Now, we’re revving up our team in the UAE and looking for talent ready to make our journey of progress their own. Buckle up, because the current pit stop is within the Operations function as a Yard Coordinator.
What Will You Be Doing in the Driver’s Seat?
- Ensure all vehicles are prepared for delivery on time while maintaining Cars24’s cleaning and presentation standards.
- Verify that all delivery-related documents are complete, accurate, and safely placed inside each vehicle before delivery.
- Complete Delivery Quality Checks (QC) and ensure all required vehicle and document photos are uploaded to the designated system.
- Maintain daily inventory cleaning and ensure the yard remains clean, organized, and operationally efficient.
- Ensure every vehicle is fitted with the required Cars24 log plate, air freshener, key tag, and QR code sticker before delivery.
- Conduct periodic SMT inspections and update findings accurately in the Refurb App.
- Perform daily random post-movement audits to ensure compliance with operational processes and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the Security team to ensure timely vehicle stock-in and stock-out activities, including completion of required checklists and photo documentation.
- Ensure vehicles are assigned to the correct parking slots and that parking locations are accurately updated in the system and on the corresponding key tags.
- Monitor delivery materials and yard consumables, ensuring they are safely stored, regularly tracked, and replenished on time.
What’s Under the Hood?
- 2–3 years of experience in yard operations, fleet management, automotive operations, logistics, or a similar coordination role.
- Experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to coordinate vehicle movements efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with inventory or operational management systems.
- A proactive, reliable, and accountable approach to work.
- A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
