We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the smooth operation of our restaurant. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and team management
- Supervise, train, and motivate front‑of‑house staff
- Ensure excellent guest service and resolve any customer issues promptly
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and ordering of supplies
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Support planning and execution of restaurant events or promotions
- Assist with staff scheduling, payroll input, and operational reporting
Requirements:
- Proven experience in restaurant operations
