Job Title: Yacht Crew / Helper (Deckhand)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Yacht Crew / Helper (Deckhand) to support daily yacht operations. The role involves assisting with cleaning, maintenance, and onboard duties to ensure smooth, safe, and high-quality sailing experiences for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain both interior and exterior of the yacht (daily and after trips)
- Assist the captain during docking, anchoring, and departures
- Handle ropes, fenders, and safety equipment
- Support guests onboard with basic service and assistance
- Wash, polish, and maintain overall yacht appearance
- Ensure safety procedures and standards are followed at all times
- Report any maintenance or technical issues promptly
- Assist with fueling, storage, and general operational tasks
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of yacht or marine operations (preferred, not mandatory)
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong discipline
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Basic English communication skills (preferred)
- Previous experience in boats, cleaning, hospitality, or marine work is an advantage
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: AED 1,500 – 1,800 (based on experience)
- Accommodation: Provided by the company
- Visa: Provided by the company after successful completion of a 2-month probation period
- Working Hours: Flexible shifts based on yacht schedule

Pay: AED1,500.00 – AED1,800.00 per month
