Role Summary
We are seeking a responsible and experienced Yacht Captain to manage and operate a small yacht (30–50 ft). The candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe navigation, maintaining the vessel, and delivering a high-quality experience for guests onboard.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and navigate the yacht safely in compliance with maritime regulations
Manage day-to-day yacht operations and ensure vessel readiness
Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a professional and enjoyable experience
Monitor weather conditions and plan safe routes
Perform routine maintenance checks and coordinate repairs when needed
Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times
Handle docking, anchoring, and maneuvering of the yacht
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the yacht
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Yacht Captain or similar role
Experience handling guests onboard (customer service skills required)
Ability to operate small yachts (30–50 ft) confidently
Strong knowledge of maritime safety and navigation
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Licenses & Certifications (Mandatory)
Valid Yacht Captain / Marine License
Relevant maritime certifications required by UAE authorities
Additional Information
Provided by the company after successful completion of a 2-month probation period
