1. Job Summary
Responsible for supervising workshop operations, ensuring repair quality, and maintaining workflow efficiency. Leads technicians and service advisors, enforces safety standards, manages resources, and ensures timely delivery of motorbikes and customer satisfaction.
2. Key Responsibilities
- · Oversee daily workshop operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- · Assign jobs to technicians and monitor repair quality and timelines.
- · Ensure adherence to safety, cleanliness, and standard operating procedures.
- · Maintain parts and tool inventory in coordination with stores.
- · Supervise vehicle reception, inspection, and final delivery.
- · Support aftersales operations (warranty claims, quality reports).
- · Guide and train service advisors and technicians.
- · Coordinate with management for workload planning and productivity.
- · Handle customer escalations related to workshop or service quality.
- · Perform any other related duties assigned by the line manager.
3. Qualifications & Experience
- · Diploma or higher in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering or related field.
- · 3–5 years of experience in a two-wheeler or automotive service environment.
- · Strong technical and communication skills.
- · Proficiency in MS Excel or workshop tracking tools.
- · English proficiency, Arabic or Hindi is an advantage.
4. Work Conditions
- Based at workshop facility (Al Quoz / JAFZA / Industrial Area).
- Working Hours: 9 hours/day (including break), 6 days/week.
- Uniform and safety gear required.
Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED4,500.00 per month
