In this position, you will oversee the entire sales cycle, ensuring that revenue targets are met or exceeded. You will collaborate closely with the international sales team, other departments, such as marketing, product development, and technical support.
The ideal candidate for this role is a results-driven professional with a proven track record in international sales and a deep understanding of global markets.
Responsibilities
ü Create sales plans that align with company goals
ü Lead and manage a team of international sales professionals.
ü Analyze market trends
ü Creating in-depth reports that predict how well the team and company performs weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually.
ü Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely communication.
Requirements
Ø Proven experience in international sales and business development.
Ø BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
Ø Experience in budget planning and implementing sales strategies
Ø Experience in data forecasting and analyzing
Ø Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) and sales performance management (SPM) system.
Ø Strong leadership and team management skills
Ø Experience in performance management
