Video Editor (Project Based, Hybrid)

The Role
We are looking for a Video Editor to produce content for our social media, marketing campaigns, etc. Work is assigned per project with agreed scope and deadlines.
What you will do
- Edit short form vertical videos for Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok and YouTube Shorts
- Edit long form content for YouTube, etc. and client-facing materials
- Add and time subtitles in Arabic and English
- Apply motion graphics, transitions, sound design and color correction
- Keep all output aligned with brand guidelines
- Deliver files on time and to spec
Requirements
- Fluent and proficient in Arabic and English, written and spoken (essential)
- Proven experience editing social media content
- Strong command of Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve
- Able to work independently and manage several projects at once
- Portfolio or showreel required
Nice to have
- Experience in creator content
- Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Understanding of platform hooks and retention
Compensation
Per project rate, agreed based on scope and experience.
