Key Responsibilities:
- Workforce forecasting and staff scheduling.
- Capacity planning and intraday workforce management.
- Monitor agent performance and utilization.
- Analyze workload trends and recommend staffing adjustments.
- Coordinate with Operations, Quality, and Training teams to meet service levels.
