Responsibilities:

Leading and managing the civil engineering scope across the entire project life-cycle — from concept design through detailed design, construction, and handover.
- Ensuring compliance with approved IFC designs and authority approvals
- Focusing on constructibility, coordination, risk mitigation, and delivery support

Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams (architectural, MEP, structural, landscape, etc.) to ensure seamless integration of civil works with other systems.

Reviewing and approve civil design documents including site grading, earthworks, drainage, utilities, roads, retaining structures, and underground services.
- Leading the PM/CM review of the Main Contractor’s civil and infrastructure shop drawings
- Acting as the single technical focal point for civil-related matters within the PM/CM team.
- Reviewing contractor method statements related to civil works (earthworks and excavation, de watering and groundwater control, temporary access and diversions and temporary drainage and flood protection)

Ensuring compliance with Saudi codes, local regulations, and international engineering standards (authority and stakeholder Coordination)

Conducting technical reviews, value engineering, constructibility assessments, and risk mitigation strategies.

Providing leadership during construction phases, working closely with contractors to resolve site issues, RFIs, and technical queries.

Managing civil engineering consultants and sub-consultants, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with project objectives.

Supporting procurement processes by providing input on civil engineering scope, specifications, and tender evaluations.

Acting as the primary point of contact for all civil engineering matters, internally and externally.

Maintaining a strong focus on safety, sustainability, and long-term performance of civil and infrastructure systems.
Qualifications:
High Rise experience is essential- Strong experience reviewing contractor shop drawings and method statements
- Experience on large-scale or complex projects (infrastructure, mixed-use, mega projects)
