About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Sales Executive to join our hotel sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating room, corporate, leisure, and group business, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and actively seeking new business opportunities to maximize hotel revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase hotel occupancy and revenue.
- Promote hotel rooms, meeting facilities, events, dining outlets, and other hotel services.
- Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings with corporate accounts, travel agents, event organizers, and other potential clients.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts to ensure repeat business.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and rate agreements in line with hotel policies.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the hotel’s overall revenue goals.
- Participate in trade shows, networking events, and sales activities to promote the hotel.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business opportunities within the CRM system.
- Coordinate closely with Front Office, Reservations, Revenue, and Operations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Follow up on inquiries and ensure timely responses to client requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hotel sales, hospitality sales, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of the local market and hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with hotel PMS and CRM systems is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
