- Troubleshooting skills for common hardware and software problems.
- Strong grasp of network infrastructure, including TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS.
- Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex system and network issues.
- Knowledge of enterprise applications such as Exchange, Citrix, and SCCM.
- Ability to perform systems tasks, close VA/CR findings.
- Familiarity with security best practices, including patch management and access controls.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills for team collaborations.
- Require to work on shifts.
Pay: ﷼4,320.64 – ﷼30,000.00 per month
