Gulf Coasts Company (GCCO) is looking for an experienced Wheel Alignment Technician to join our growing automotive service team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in wheel alignment, suspension inspection, steering system diagnosis, and tire services while delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform wheel alignment using computerized alignment equipment.
- Inspect steering and suspension components before alignment.
- Diagnose alignment-related issues and recommend necessary repairs.
- Perform tire rotation, balancing, and basic tire services when required.
- Inspect tires for uneven wear and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure all alignment work meets manufacturer specifications.
- Operate and maintain wheel alignment and balancing equipment.
- Report damaged suspension or steering components to the Service Advisor.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow all Company SOPs, quality standards, and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in wheel alignment and tire services.
- Good knowledge of suspension and steering systems.
- Experience using computerized wheel alignment machines.
- Ability to diagnose tire wear patterns and alignment issues.
- Experience in tire fitting and wheel balancing is an advantage.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- UAE or GCC automotive workshop experience is preferred.
