Job Overview:
As part of our kitchen team, you will support daily food preparation, maintain high culinary standards, and contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences across our outlets. Each role will be assigned based on experience level and skill set.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes according to recipes and standards
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times
* Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards strictly
* Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
* Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients
* Work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods
* Contribute to menu execution and kitchen consistency
* Minimize food waste and support cost control practices
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in a professional kitchen (based on role level)
* Strong passion for culinary arts, food quality, and presentation
* Willingness to learn, improve, and grow within the kitchen hierarchy
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
* Strong teamwork, communication, and discipline
* Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
