Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Manager to join our growing team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Managing commercial & Retail properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, maximizing property value, and maintaining a high level of service.
Responsibilities:
Tenant Relations:
Respond promptly and effectively to tenant inquiries and concerns.
Conduct regular property inspections and address maintenance issues.
Handle tenant complaints and resolve disputes professionally.
Assist with tenant move-ins and move-outs.
Enforce lease agreements and property rules.
Financial Management:
Collect rent payments and ensure timely processing.
Prepare and monitor property budgets.
Track and analyze property expenses.
Prepare financial reports for management.
Property Maintenance:
Oversee property maintenance and repairs.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and renovations.
Ensure the property is well-maintained and in good condition.
Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate property records and documentation.
Prepare and submit necessary reports to management.
Stay informed of relevant industry regulations and best practices.
Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Leasing Manager
* Strong background in team management
* Proven expertise in lease and management
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
