Job Vacancy: Housekeeping Supervisor (Catering Background)
Emirates Hospitality Center (EHC) is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor with a strong catering and hospitality operations background to support our growing service portfolio.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor
- Solid background in catering operations, event support, or large-scale hospitality environments
- Strong knowledge of cleaning standards, hygiene protocols, and HSEQ compliance
- Proven ability to lead, schedule, and supervise housekeeping teams
- Hands-on, detail-driven, and performance-focused mindset
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-expectation environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations in catering and event setups
- Ensure compliance with company standards, hygiene regulations, and client requirements
- Coordinate manpower deployment, task assignments, and quality inspections
- Maintain equipment, materials, and stock controls
- Report operational issues and drive continuous improvement on-site
