Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Joinery Production Supervisor to oversee our factory operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in joinery, the ability to interpret AutoCAD drawings, and proven experience in managing production teams within the interior fit-out industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day joinery factory operations
- Accurately interpret and execute AutoCAD drawings
- Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and production schedules effectively
- Ensure high-quality finishing standards across all joinery works
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workplace
- Coordinate closely with project and site teams to meet deadlines
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out and Joinery
- Strong knowledge of joinery materials, techniques, and finishing
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Word
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- UAE Driving License is an advantage
