Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Experienced Recovery Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in debt recovery, financial negotiations, and client relationship management. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Debt Recovery & Collections:
Contact individuals and businesses to negotiate debt repayment plans.
Develop strategies to recover outstanding balances efficiently.
Handle sensitive financial matters with professionalism and discretion.
✅ Client & Account Management:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and payment agreements.
Assess financial situations and propose suitable repayment solutions.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to facilitate smooth recoveries.
✅ Legal & Compliance Adherence:
Ensure all recovery actions comply with legal regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with legal teams when necessary to escalate cases.
Stay updated on relevant financial and debt collection laws.
✅ Reporting & Performance Tracking:
Maintain detailed reports on recovery progress and collection rates.
Meet or exceed monthly recovery targets and KPIs.
Provide regular updates to management on collection activities and challenges.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in debt recovery, collections, or financial consulting.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet collection targets.
Familiarity with debt recovery regulations and financial laws.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
