Mind Stream is looking for a motivated Sales Agent to manage the full sales cycle for property transactions. If you have a strong sales background and a drive to succeed in real estate, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
– Generate leads for potential property buyers.
– Present properties to prospective clients.
– Conduct property viewings and tours.
– Negotiate sales terms and conditions.
– Prepare sales agreements and contracts.
– Maintain client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements:
– Demonstrated experience in Sales.
– Specific background in Real Estate Sales or Property Sales.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Ability to build and sustain strong client relationships.
– Must possess a valid DRIVING LICENSE.
Experience: 2+ years in real estate (property) sales
