Requirements
– Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work across print, digital, and branding.
– Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
– Proven experience in designing for a range of formats including catalogs, brochures, posters, and social media graphics.
– Experience with website-related design and exhibition booth or display designs.
Skills Required
1. Technical Skills:
– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
– Proficiency in InDesign is Necessary.
– Strong understanding of print design, including prepress, color correction, and file preparation for different types of printings.
– Familiarity with web design principles.
– Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
– Understanding of branding and how to create cohesive designs across different platforms.
2. Creativity & Problem-Solving:
– Exceptional creativity with a strong sense of typography, color theory, and layout.
– Ability to conceptualize innovative designs that align with the marketing strategy and brand identity.
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
3. Project Management:
– Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
– Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales departments.
– Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
5. Communication Skills:
– Strong verbal and written communication skills.
– Ability to take creative direction and implement feedback effectively.
– Capacity to present and explain design concepts clearly to non-design stakeholders.
6. Adaptability:
– Ability to quickly adapt to changing trends and technology in graphic design.
– Experience in designing for different markets or industries is an advantage.
7. Soft Skills:
– Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
– Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
– Open to constructive feedback and collaborative problem-solving.
8. Portfolio:
– A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in both print and digital mediums is required for consideration.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
