Gilani Mobility is looking for a skilled and hardworking Welder / Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in metal fabrication, welding, assembly, and repair works related to automotive or structural projects.
The candidate must be able to read drawings, operate fabrication tools, and ensure high-quality workmanship while following safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform welding and fabrication works as per drawings and specifications
- Carry out cutting, grinding, fitting, and assembly of metal components
- Operate welding equipment and fabrication tools safely and efficiently
- Perform MIG, TIG, Arc, or CO2 welding as required
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy
- Repair and modify metal structures, frames, and components
- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Coordinate with supervisors and workshop team for daily tasks
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Welder / Fabricator
- Knowledge of welding techniques and fabrication processes
- Ability to read technical drawings and measurements
- Experience using fabrication and welding tools/equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and capable of handling workshop duties
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in automotive, mobility, or vehicle fabrication works
- Technical certification in welding or fabrication is an advantage
- UAE experience preferred
