- B.E / ME -Mechanical Engineering
- Lead production planning, scheduling, and capacity management to meet targets
- Develop and control master production plans (MPP/MPS)
- Ensure optimal use of manpower, materials, and machinery
- Monitor production progress and resolve delays or bottlenecks
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics for smooth operations
- Implement and maintain ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001)
- Conduct audits, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement
- Analyze KPIs (efficiency, waste, downtime) and implement improvements
- Manage inventory control and reduce excess/shortages
- Lead cross-functional teams and train staff on processes and quality systems
- Prepare production reports and forecasts for management
- Drive lean manufacturing and cost optimization initiatives
Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
