We are seeking a highly skilled and precision-focused Welder & Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate must have proven expertise in TIG, MIG, and ARC welding processes across multiple metals, including steel, brass, and aluminum. You will be responsible for reading technical blueprints, cutting, shaping, and joining metal components to exact specifications while maintaining strict safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Multi-Process Welding: Perform high-quality MIG, TIG, and ARC welding based on project requirements.
- Multi-Metal Fabrication: Work expertly with structural steel, thin-gauge aluminum, and decorative or industrial brass.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret engineering drawings, weld symbols, and technical blueprints accurately.
- Preparation & Cutting: Measure, layout, cut, and fit metal components using shears, plasma cutters, and grinders.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished welds for cracks, defects, or gaps to ensure structural integrity and aesthetic finish.
- Equipment Maintenance: Clean, set up, and maintain welding machines, gas regulators, and workshop tools daily.
