Consultant General Surgery

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant General Surgeon to join a leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering advanced surgical care, managing complex cases, and contributing to high clinical standards within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of general surgical conditions
• Perform elective and emergency surgical procedures independently
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and clinical standards
• Participate in on-call rota as required

Requirements

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent)
• Board certification / CCT / Fellowship in General Surgery
• Minimum 5 years of post-specialist experience
• Strong expertise in both elective and emergency general surgery
• Excellent clinical, communication, and leadership skills
