Job Description:
Ideal Services LLC is looking for a skilled Water Tank Cleaner to oversee and manage water tank cleaning operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical experience in tank cleaning along with basic MEP knowledge to handle or identify electrical and plumbing issues during service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise water tank cleaning teams and site operations
- Plan schedules and assign tasks to technicians
- Ensure compliance with UAE hygiene and municipality standards
- Conduct pre- and post-cleaning inspections
- Handle client coordination and service quality assurance
- Maintain service reports and documentation
- Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and PPE
- Train and guide team members
MEP-Related Responsibilities:
- Identify electrical faults (e.g., wiring issues, pump connections) during cleaning
- Detect plumbing issues such as leakages, valve faults, or pipeline problems
- Perform minor troubleshooting and basic repairs when required
- Coordinate with specialized technicians for major repairs
- Ensure safety protocols are followed when handling electrical components
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in water tank cleaning or similar field
- Supervisory or team leader experience is mandatory
- Basic knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing systems)
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot minor electrical and plumbing issues
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple teams/sites
Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
