About us
IFL Watches is an international watch customization brand. We hand-paint original dials of Citizen, Bulova, MAEN, Venezianico, G-Shock and other watches, turning them into wearable art sold worldwide through our own e-commerce stores. Our workshop also handles genuinely high-end pieces — Rolex, Cartier, Omega and similar — alongside brands like Tudor, TAG Heuer, and Ball.
The role
You are the hands of our production line. On an average week you will assemble and case watches, disassemble for customization, and handle intake inspection of incoming stock. This is a genuine bench role — fast, precise, and accountable.
What you’ll do
- Full disassembly and reassembly: dials, hands, movements, casing, gaskets, crystals, casebacks
- High-end work (Rolex, Cartier, Omega): carefully remove original dial and hands for our artists, then reinstall the same dial and hands in the same watch after painting — flawless handling, zero scratches, no marks on dial feet, hands, or movement
- Condition assessment of incoming high-end and trade-in pieces
- Movement work: quartz and automatic (Miyota, Seiko, Hangzhou; ETA/Sellita a plus)
- Quality control of your own and others’ work, with written daily/weekly reports
- Receive and inspect incoming watches, dials, and parts; flag supplier defects with photos
- Bracelet sizing, pressure testing, final prep for shipping
What we require
- 5+ years bench experience as a watchmaker/watch repairer
- Demonstrable hands-on experience with high-end brands (Rolex, Cartier, Omega or equivalent) — you will do a supervised dial-and-hands removal/refit test during the interview
- Proven ability to sustain high daily volume without quality drops
- Disciplined reporting habits — you count, you log, you photograph
- Based in the UAE
Nice to have
- Polishing/refinishing skills
- Brand service-center background (Rolex/Richemont/Swatch Group service experience is a strong plus)
- WOSTEP, BHI, or SAWTA certification
- Experience with customized or artistic watches
